These terms govern your use of NudeBot (app.nudebot.net, the “service”). By signing up for or using the service you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Age

The service contains adult content and is available only to people aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in your country, if higher). By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

What you may upload

Upload only photos of yourself or of adults who have given explicit consent to this kind of processing. You are fully responsible for the material you upload and for how you use the results.

Prohibited uses

  • uploading images of minors or of people who appear to be minors, in any context;
  • processing photos of people without their consent, including public figures;
  • using results for harassment, blackmail, revenge, fraud, passing them off as real photos, or sharing them without the depicted person’s consent;
  • breaking the law or infringing third-party rights or intellectual property;
  • circumventing service limits, automating requests or interfering with the service.

Violations lead to account termination without a refund of payments or tokens. Material involving minors is reported to the competent authorities.

Generated content

Results are produced automatically by AI and are fictional images, not real photographs of a person. Quality and accuracy of results are not guaranteed.

Tokens and payments

  • Generations are paid for with tokens, bought in packages; payments are processed by a third-party payment provider.
  • The cost of a generation is deducted when it starts. If a generation fails, the tokens are returned to your balance automatically.
  • Tokens are not money, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to other users.
  • Refunds for unused tokens are considered on request in accordance with applicable law.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure (email and password, Telegram or Google). We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for how users use the results.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the current version is always available on this page with its update date. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
